<p>Una noticia que se rumoreaba desde comienzos de este año ahora es de conocimiento público y tiene que ver con la decisión de Google de dejar de utilizar la plataforma Windows como sistema operativo para mejorar sus niveles de seguridad.</p>
<p>Según informa una nota del <a href="http://www.ft.com/cms/s/2/d2f3f04e-6ccf-11df-91c8-00144feab49a.html">Financial Times</a>, la restricción para el uso del sistema operativo de Microsoft es una orden global que abarca a los más de 10 mil empleados de la compañia alrededor del mundo y no estaría relacionada con el inminente lanzamiento de <a href="http://www.fayerwayer.com/tag/google-chrome-os/">Chrome OS</a> sino con los recientes <a href="http://www.fayerwayer.com/tag/google-vs-china/?doing_wp_cron">ataques desde China a los servidores de la gran G</a>.</p>

<p>Los empleados de la compañia han ido migrando en forma gradual hacia Linux y Mac OS y exceptuando los equipos portátiles personales que no se conectan a los dominios de Google, las máquinas que necesiten utilizar alguan plataforma de Microsoft deben contar con una autorización de un directivo de primera línea.</p>
