[ENGLISH BELOW] Queridos miembros de Ourproject.org: Nos dirigimos a vosotros/as para poneros al día de una nueva forma de colaborar en el crecimiento de nuestra comunidad. Como sabréis, Ourproject ha experimentado un gran crecimiento desde su nacimiento hace diez años, hasta alcanzar en la actualidad un total de 1.079 proyectos, que reciben un total de un millón de visitas mensuales. Sin publicidad y compartiendo su trabajo con licencias libres, siguiendo el espíritu de esta comunidad. El gran crecimiento experimentado requiere que ampliemos la capacidad de soporte de Ourproject y de otros proyectos bajo el paraguas de nuestra asociación sin ánimo de lucro Comunes.org . Por ello, hemos decidido montar junto con otros colectivos con fines similares un Centro de Datos: http://comunes.org/es/787/building-a-collective-data-centre/ en el que albergar una mayor cantidad de proyectos de una forma más efectiva, con recursos suficientes para todos. También ha llegado la hora de ofrecer nuevos y más avanzados servicios que llevamos desarrollando desde hace cinco años, como: http://kune.ourproject.org http://kune.cc Por desgracia, todo esto supone un cierto desgaste económico para el proyecto. Es más, nos ha llegado el momento de renovar equipos y comprar repuestos de nuestros servidores, que están empezando a dar problemas y muestras de fatiga: http://comunes.org/es/909/help-servers-hardware/ que habréis podido sufrir con caídas de los servicios más frecuentes en los últimos tiempos. Hay que tener también en cuenta que durante estos diez años hemos costeado los gastos a través de nuestras continuas aportaciones personales. Por esta razón, hemos decidido crear una nueva vía de participación y cofinanciación disponible para los miembros de Ourproject. Consiste en aportaciones económicas periódicas, variables y totalmente voluntarias (cada cual en la medida de sus posibilidades para así evitar las cuotas fijas) que nos permitan sufragar estos gastos, de forma que los miembros de Ourproject (y Comunes en general) puedan ayudar a la sostenibilidad del ecosistema común. Publicación por la autogestión Una publicación masiva que inunde el transporte público, los centros de trabajo, los parques, los centros de consumo, mediante la distribución de 500.000 ejemplares gratuitos, actuando simultáneamente en todos lados y en ninguna parte. Una herramienta para difundir e impulsar la transformación social a través de los recursos que se propondrán en sus contenidos en torno a la autogestión, la autoorganización, la desobediencia y la acción colectiva. En un momento en que el sistema capitalista se dirige al colapso, inmerso en una profunda crisis sistémica (ecológica, política y económica, pero principalmente de valores), donde individuos y colectivos de personas están siendo desprovistos de sus derechos fundamentales, es necesario desarrollar un proceso colectivo horizontal donde todos los seres humanos podamos interactuar en igualdad de condiciones y en libertad. Interactuar significa relacionarnos (tanto humana como económicamente), comunicarnos, cubrir nuestras necesidades básicas, generar y proteger bienes comunes, conocernos y dar soluciones colectivas a problemáticas que interfieren nuestras vidas. Queremos abrir una brecha dentro de la normalidad en la monótona vida estatal-capitalista, un día cualquiera, que finalmente no será cualquier día. Mediante esta publicación pretendemos: - Impulsar un proceso colectivo horizontal donde todos y todas podamos interactuar en igualdad de condiciones y en libertad. - Crear red de comunicaciones entre las personas comprometidas con el cambio y dispuestas a actuar. - Encontrar soluciones colectivas a problemáticas que interfieren nuestras vidas. - Facilitar el acceso a recursos que posibiliten la autogestión. - Participar en la construcción de redes de apoyo mutuo, horizontales, asamblearias y generadas desde la base. - Publicar toda esta información en un formato atractivo para facilitar el acceso a toda la sociedad. ¿Cómo puedo colaborar? Portada Hacia la contextualización. De la situación política, económica y social Hace ahora dos siglos se inició el último asalto a la libertad del individuo, una vuelta de tuerca que ha resultado nefasta para millones de seres humanos. Este asalto, liderado por el liberalismo y el modernismo, han permitido fortalecer la figura del Estado, penetrando y dominando todos y cada uno de los rincones de nuestra vida. Para regozijo de las clases poderosas y con la connivencia de no pocos admiradores de tales hazañas, el próximo 19 de marzo, los poderes fácticos celebrarán en Cádiz, el 200 aniversario de una aberración deshumanizadora llamada "La Pepa". Autoocupación y cooperativas contra la acción de competir por un empleo precario Cuando el paro es uno de los problemas que más preocupan a la población, la opción por generar nuevas formas de producir, fuera de la maquinaria capitalista, es un eje fundamental para ir generando un nuevo sistema socio-económico. Las cooperativas son las formas realmente democráticas de ser productivas en el mundo actual. Generar un marco de protección legal básico que permita autoemplearse evitando los costes a los que obliga ceñirse el sistema estatal y poner en marcha bolsas de trabajo basadas en el apoyo mutuo, son algunas de las herramientas para generar una multiplicación del autoempleo en el mundo de hoy. Cuando la propiedad privada ya no satisface las necesidades de vivienda Es necesario generar una estrategia desde abajo para recuperar el derecho al uso de la vivienda, y además, tenemos medios para ello. Desde las oficinas autogestionadas de inmuebles, hasta las cooperativas de vivienda, es el momento de organizarnos entre todas para acceder a una vivienda digna. Alternativas en el medio rural: desde el campo y hacia el campo El medio rural es mucho más que el sueño idílico de jovenes urbanos. Se trata de una realidad dura, que ha estado siempre en crisis. Los pobladores, del ámbito rural y del ámbito urbano necesitan trabajar juntos para generar un retorno escalonado al campo desde una ciudad sobrepoblada, y un empoderamiento integral de las personas que ya forman parte del medio rural. Soberanía alimentaria i agroecología. Cada vez tenemos más conocimientos para sembrar y cocinar todos los nutrientes necesarios para una vida sana, sin depender del sistema agroindustrial. Herramientas como la agroecologia, los huertos urbanos y la permacultura pueden ayudarnos a aprovechar los espacios disponibles, y un sistema de certificación participativa nos permitirá cuidar la calidad sin tener que depender de la burocracia institucional. Inteligencia colectiva y conocimiento libre para desarrollar herramientas libres y recursos comunitarios. El conocimiento ha permanecido secuestrado por los estados y sus innumerables asociados (ejércitos, mercados, empresas, adinerados), que durante siglos han ido tejiendo una gran tela de araña donde las capacidades humanas han ido naufragando: patentes, propiedad intelectual, copyright, propiedad privada,... El conocimiento libre compartido entre iguales significa recuperar los medios para generar medios comunitarios y autogestionados basados en el apoyo mutuo: el software, el hardware, la maquinaria, la cultura, las redes sociales, las redes de telecomunicaciones...pueden ser libres. ¿Te animas a ser libre? La comunicación libre como medio para protegernos de la sociedad de la desinformación Las agencias de información y noticias, las televisiones, radios y periódicos son empresas al servicio de la banca y del Estado. Sus consejos de administración, gestores al servicio del mercado, establecen las pautas para un buen desarrollo del control social, las reglas del juego para construir una opinión pública que garantice su inamovible estatus. Frenar esta deshumanización, significa poder comunicarnos de igual a igual, con autonomía. [PÁGINAS CENTRALES] Cooperativas Integrales. Una propuesta de transición para caminar hacia la revolución integral Las cooperativas integrales son procesos de transformación social que comienzan a germinar en diferentes territorios, Este es un modelo para extender la autoorganización local y la interacción global en red, para fortalecer las relaciones humanas de proximidad y generar proyectos e iniciativas autogestionadas, con el fin de cubrir las necesidades básicas (tanto emocionales como materiales) de todos y todas. Democracia directa y apoyo mutuo para empoderarnos y recuperar la dignidad. Reflexiones sobre la asamblea La asamblea, forma natural de autoorganización de los pueblos de la peninsula íbérica, debe ser la vía para recuperar la soberanía colectiva para autogobernarnos y emanciparnos, sin intermediarios. Este proceso requiere una profunda reflexión, para la cual es necesario tomarnos en serio la cuestión asamblearia para poder derrotar el sistema parlamentario, partitocrático y burgués que domina nuestras vidas. Sistema económico integral Para impulsar un proceso de desmercantilización de nuestra vida y nuestro entorno más próximo, necesitamos generar herramientas económicas de transición, con el fin de debilitar el sistema económico hegemónico capitalista. Las monedas sociales son un instrumento para dar un valor al intercambio de bienes, servicios y conocimientos, facilitándolos y facilitándonos el camino hacia una sociedad sin dinero. Al mismo tiempo, recuperamos formas espontáneas de relacionarnos económicamente, basadas éstas en la proximidad y en la confianza, como son el trueque y el arte del compartir. CASX. Una banca sin intereses que rompe la lógica del mercado financiero capitalista. Una cooperativa financiera, asamblearia, autogestionada y desobediente con la realidad existente, para ir un paso más allá que la banca ética y generar recursos para el florecimiento de proyectos de transformación social al margen del sistema capitalista. Una herramienta para aquellos proyectos que construyen nuevos mundos más allá de la legalidad actual e impulsar la reducción del consumo individual y colectivo como forma de salir ganando sin necesitar de la usura. Activistas. Grupos de afinidad trabajando en red. El viejo modelo de los liberados a sueldo del Estado (directa o indirectamente financiados y remunerados) requiere ser abordado de manera radical, es decir, aproximándonos a la raiz del problema. Romper dicha dinámica de asimilación requiere autoorganizarnos en grupos de afinidad, de manera descentralizada y trabajando en red para promover e impulsar alternativas autogestionadas en el ámbito local. La autosuficiencia sobre todos los planos de la vida Producir nuestra propia energia, impulsar formas de transporte sin depender de petróleo; aprovechar los escombros de este viejo mundo que se cae, para construir nuestros propios recursos colectivos. La autosuficiencia, nos libera y en la actualidad con todos los conocimientos y prácticas generadas, ya es posible desarrollarla. Extender la autogestión al ámbito local. ¿Por donde empezar? ¿Como generar un sistema integral de autogestión en nuestro barrio o ciudad? ¿Como generar apoyo mutuo para cubrir las necesidades básicas en diversos ámbitos de nuestra vida? ¿Cuales serian los primeros pasos? Dispositivos comentados en otros artículos como las bolsas de trabajo, las oficinas de vivienda o los centros de salud autogestionados, serán algunos de los elementos básicos para generar un empoderamiento completo desde el ámbito local. Un sistema infórmatico que nos permita compartir recursos en todos los ámbitos de nuestra vida de forma que no tengamos que generar un medio distinto para cada tema ni para cada territorio. Y por otro lado diversas oficinas de asesoramiento y apoyo mutuo que sirvieran para ir generando la red acompañando campañas vinculadas como pueden ser las de insumisión fiscal y la de no pago de hipotecas.CARACTERÍSTICAS BÁSICASEsta campaña está promovida por el Grupo de trabajo de desobediencia económica de la Iniciativa derechoderebelion.net de la cual forman parte, mediante la firma de su manifiesto más de 700 personas.El manual será de unas 64 páginas a5 y estaría disponible en papel y en internet de forma gratuita, bajo licencia creative commons copyleft y no comercial.El ámbito del proyecto será el territorio español...y la lengua como mínimo en castellano y en catalan.Para las oficinas de desobediencia económica se quiere crear un fondo económico con el que se pueda subvencionar los proyectos locales que vayan surgiendo de forma autónoma.Las oficinas tendrían una vertiente física y otra virtual. Físicamente tendrían un horario de apertura y de atención al público. Además participaran en crear herramientas informáticas para acceder a toda la información y recursos de forma virtual, y para facilitar la coordinación entre oficinas.MOTIVACIÓNEl proyecto va dirigido a todas aquellas personas que quieran dar pasos para hacer de su vida un ejemplo de su forma de pensar y sentir. En concreto a quiénes quieran dejar de actuar forzadas por la presión económica y quieran dedicar su tiempo a una actividad que realmente las haga realizarse.También a aquellas personas que deseen que su dinero como fruto de su trabajo, vaya destinado a aquello en lo que crean y no a los bancos, ni sueldos de políticos, ni armamento, ni grandes infraestructuras...entre otros malos usos que se nos ocurren.Objetivos de la campaña de crowdfundingQueremos dar a conocer la campaña para facilitar la desobediencia económica, y recabar financiación para editar 5000 manuales y apoyar la creación de 10 oficinas, con las que queremos hacer posible una gran campaña de insumisión fiscal para mayo y junio de este próximo 2012Además con esta difusión por verkami.com esperamos conseguir más contactos y participación, para la iniciativa “derecho de rebelión” y en concreto para la campaña comentada. En este sentido nos encantaría conocer a gente, organizada o no, que quiere colaborar en hacer posible esta campaña de desobediencia masiva (Ver apartado Se Busca)Creemos que extender el ejemplo de la desobediencia civil es una estrategia fundamental para transformar la sociedad en los tiempos que estamos viviendo de crisis global del sistema. Por ello, la propia campaña de financiación, simbolizará esa desobediencia.Y así, los 24.600 euros que por una tarjeta de crédito impagada, le pide el BBVA a Enric Duran, serán la cantidad máxima que vamos a pedir en esta campaña. De forma que pretendemos conseguir esa cantidad pero en lugar de devolverlos al banco destinarlos a extender la desobediencia ante, por ejemplo, entidades bancarias como el BBVA.PRESUPUESTO4600 impresión del manual.2000 gastos de coordinación de la campaña, apoyo a la generación de oficinas, viajes, etc...18.000 9 oficinas.
