I will help with everything I could do this project, please, count me in. Here in Buenos Aires we make a webcasting program every tuesday, 10am to 11am (-3GTM), and we talk about e-inclusion issues, free knowledge, collaborative production an of course Free Software. So, we will be delighted to contribute to this streamming iniciative o free and multicultural webcasting around the world

I have seen some good documentaries produced by CDIT that could be used
in education. I don't remember in what language they were done, but that
could be dubbed in any language. The problem could be copyright. I am
not sure whether they would give it out under a CC licence. On the other
hand, since the current policy of the state government supports
releasing such work under free licences, we may be able to persuade them
to give the work under a CC licence.
