This linking of progress with productivity has seriously unbalanced the fair division of urban and natural resources on our planet. *REBEL CITIES* raises the question of how to imagine a more emancipating and reflective way of living our planet? *REBEL CITIES* proposes participatory design processes based on the collective memory and the individual engagement of citizens. This newsletter provides periodical information on the LOCUS Fund activities.
