dear stacco, I delegate this to you as it concers the hispanic world, the english explanation is below, in case you want to support this campaign through a blogpost, Michel ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: José Alberto Escorcia Gordiano <[email protected]> Date: Fri, Jun 13, 2014 at 11:46 PM Subject: [P2P-es] Last call from Mexico, HELP US // Último llamado desde México, la tenemos muy diicil aquí y hasta mañana podemos hacer algo To: "P2P Foundation - Lista de correo en españ, ol" < [email protected]> Cc: Primavera Tellez Giron <[email protected]>, Bill Marczak < [email protected]> Hola compañeros, les escribimos de nuevo para una última ayuda, las dos tormentas anteriores (#EPNvsInternet y #EPNvsMexico) funcionaron para aplazar las leyes que censuran internet, venden nuestros recursos como el petróleo y la electricidad y prohiben las protestas. We write to you to ask for your help again. The last two storms of messages in social networks were very successful because of your help worldwide!!! The result… We stopped with your help for a period of one month, President Enrique Peña Nieto´s censorship and abusive bills! It is important to say that that the Congress wanted to approve in fast track Peña Nieto´s bills violating parliamentary procedures! As you know Enrique Peña Nieto´s (EPN) “reforms” wanted to censor Internet, to sell our energetic resources (petroleum), prohibit and criminalize the protests, strip community and indigenous radio stations of funding, give more power to the duopoly in television Televisa and TV Azteca and to the telecommunication mogul America Movil, owned by one of the richest men in the world. That believe it or not, is the Mexican Carlos Slim. Now during the World Cup, President Enrique Peña Nieto wanted to make fool of us… and when we are enjoying the football matches the Congress is going to approve in fast track and without discussion this censorship laws!!! We really need your help because we have no time. This is our last chance to stop them. We only have until June 21st so please help us! If we stop this NOW Congressmen will be forced to discuss publicly the laws in other moment without the distraction of the World Cup. We need your help because in addition to our political problems, President Peña Nieto has been fighting us with bots that we called Peña-bots. That is why we need your help worldwide more than ever to make our Trending Topic Succeed! We have to force Peña Nieto to desist on passing his bills (his popularity is declining only 27% of Mexicans sympathize with him) the key is putting under pressure his government outside Mexico. That is his weakest point. 1. The World should know what is really happening in Mexico and the laws that President Enrique Peña Nieto wanted to pass to violate our human rights and to sell our energetic resources. 2. Maintain the Trending Topic for more than one day. 3. Give us your support and share our information. We need also that the conversation spread around journalists, national and international, press and Media. 4. Help us to maintain the pressure on social net works until June 21st If we succeed in all this strategy we would put Enrique Peña Nieto under pressure so he would not have another choice than to step back and do not approve his bad laws in order to prevent that his popularity drops down more and he will try to save his government. Help us we need you! If we write 100 twits per second we will achieve a national Trending Topic, but if we have 1,000 per minute with your help, we will achieve a global Trending Topic! ;D This is the web site where you can find information to share in English and Spanish. www.mexvsepn.com Thank you for joining us, thank you for your help again! -- *Alberto Escorcia* Robot Dreamer en PateandoPiedras.net Coordinador de YoSoyRed.com *Teléfono: *+52 55 63908800 *Movil/Whatsapp:* +521 55 16531533 *México* +34 603 818 349 *España* @albertoescorcia <http://twitter.com/AlbertoEscorcia> @pateandopiedras <http://twitter.com/pateandopiedras>, @yosoyred_ <http://twitter.com/yosoyred_> *Skype:* albertoescorcia _______________________________________________ Wiki: http://p2pfoundation.net/Spanish_P2P_WikiSprint Lista https://lists.ourproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/p2p-lang-es -- *Please note an intrusion wiped out my inbox on February 8; I have no record of previous communication, proposals, etc ..* P2P Foundation: http://p2pfoundation.net - http://blog.p2pfoundation.net <http://lists.ourproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/p2p-foundation>Updates: http://twitter.com/mbauwens; http://www.facebook.com/mbauwens #82 on the (En)Rich list: http://enrichlist.org/the-complete-list/
