Dear Richard, I would appreciate if you could republish your musings, http://almanac2010.wordpress.com/2011/04/22/all-ownership-is-conditional/ post-dated in May, when I need extra material because I'm on tour, I'm also hoping that David Bollier, who is embarked on a ambitious Commons Law Project, can respond to it, Michel -- P2P Foundation: http://p2pfoundation.net - http://blog.p2pfoundation.net Connect: http://p2pfoundation.ning.com; Discuss: http://lists.ourproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/p2p-foundation Updates: http://del.icio.us/mbauwens; http://friendfeed.com/mbauwens; http://twitter.com/mbauwens; http://www.facebook.com/mbauwens
Michel, thanks for the invite. If its ok I'll wait until closer to May 1 to upload the piece in case I have further need to edit (I just composed it today). I'll schedule it on a day with no more than one other post. I'd be delighted for Mr. Bollier to respond and I hope I can get involved in his Law of the Commons project. I have been imagining a combination of online Democracy Schools and a LegalZoom.com to promote activism based on commons law. I'd also like to see a set of commons law tutorials, briefs, and resources for law students and attorneys, one for local governments, and one for financial and philanthropic institutions. thanks Richard, I think David's project is still in a 'confidential' stage, but I let him respond as to the possibilities, Michel On Sat, Apr 23, 2011 at 12:55 PM, Poor Richard <[email protected]> wrote:
