The LeNS World Distributed Conference
Designing Sustainability for All
3-5 April 2019
Mexico City - Curitiba - Cape Town - Bangalore - Beijing - Milan
http://lensconference3.org
After the 2 successful LeNS conferences (Bangalore, 2010 and Cape Town, 2016), we are proudly launching the 3rd one!
It is going to be the first ever distributed worldwide conference, i.e. a conference that takes place simultaneously in 6 venues around the world: in Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, India, China and Italy. In each of these venues it will be possible to listen to the presentations happening in the other ones.
Designing sustainability for All brings into focus a cosmopolitan approach collecting and discussing contributions from and for all of the contexts: low, middle and high income ones, as well as from north, south, west and east of the world.
Designing sustainability for All is a call for actions to the whole world design community, i.e. design research, education and practice.
Information about the conference, including the call for abstracts, can be found on the preliminary website.
We will soon inform you about the launch of the comprehensive website.
Don't miss this incredible event and the chance to learn and give your contribution to designing a sustainable world for all.
Save the date, join us and help us to spread the word!
