 3) and how the ebbs and flow of the commons institutions fit in that, creating a pulsation of the commons that is now operating on a world scale , https://wiki.p2pfoundation.net/Category:P2P_History and cries out for the filling of the global commons gap, by the creation of global magisteria of the commons
