We have been scaling up our online Empathy Circles for bridging the social and political divides and received many positive comments about the effectiveness. 

You are invited to take part in a free online Empathy Circle and to learn how to facilitate them. To take part, join our Facebook group and EmpathyCircle.com website.

An Empathy Circle is a structured dialogue process based on mutual active listening. It is easily to learn and reproduce. This foundational practice builds a culture of empathy by ensuring that each participant feels fully heard to their satisfaction.
