As with all book projects, this one took a little longer than
we had imagined. Thanks for submitting your work to us and for being
patient while the book was on its way.
We will soon start
posting on mailing lists. It would be great if you could share the book
with your networks, friends and colleagues, buy a copy and get your
local library to buy a copy too.
