I haven't seen that one,

but I'm increasingly seeing a dysfunctional version on more and more browsers, where the left navigation column disappears,  is partly available in a different place, on top, but with no login button, meaning I can no longer work from cybercafes,

It used to happen occasionally, but now it's rare I can find a login-friendly version outside of my home .. not sure why this is happening ?
