Hello Michel,

We are really disappointed that your schedule did not allow you to join us for the academy commons design patterns charrette in Bloomington at the Ostrom Workshop later this month.

We are looking to expand participation in this effort by opening up some idea farming opportunities to capture the pragmatic imagination of colleagues who are envisioning solutions to the many problems the academy faces today. And we welcome any level of participation you might find valuable and convenient. We know you're busy.

You can add your insights to this effort by contributing a solution story, or an "academy is broken and here's how" story.  

Michel, I imagine you probably have quite a number of such stories. Feel free to add as many as you care to do. We need all the input we can get to inform the pattern crafting process!

Also: this is an open endeavor, so feel free to pass this link on to others whom you think might be able/willing to add their stories.

We will be back in touch once or twice in the coming year to offer more opportunities to join in and let you know how the work is going.
