LabourStart’s 4th Global Solidarity Conference
In May 2014, LabourStart will hold its next Global Solidarity Conference in Berlin.
The goal of this conference, as for previous ones, is to provide a forum where trade union activists from different countries can meet and discuss the most important issues facing the international labour movement. It is a very informal event with no decision-making capacity; motions are not voted on and resolutions are not passed. The long range goal of the conferences, and of LabourStart itself, is to strengthen international working-class solidarity and face-to-face meetings play an important role in this. Learn more about the planned programme here.
We are looking for organisations and individuals to cooperate with in preparation of the conference. If you’re interested in supporting and helping to prepare the conference, please contact us.
