Subject: Be a HUMAN! As a member or supporter. let's aid one another
To: michel@p2pfoundation.net

Hello,

There’s no better time to join and support the Humans United in Mutual Aid Networks (the HUMANs), a global cooperative organization that addresses shortcomings in the formal money-based economy, than in 2018. In these days of increasing scarcity, divisiveness, and inequality, I encourage you to support the reimagining of another way.

I ask you to join us by making a gift to the HUMANs or becoming an active member.

Mutual Aid Networks (MANs) are a new type of networked cooperative that offer a solution to the problems caused by the market economy--a way for all people to thrive doing work they love. This solution is one designed for all people, not just a few for whom the market economy serves.

In the past year, the Mutual Aid Network constituents have been working towards racial justice, food security, and skills training for those most commonly left out of the market economy. As we have all seen in 2017/2018, these efforts are needed more than ever.

During this urgent time of change, I ask you to be an active participant in shaping our new world by joining or renewing your membership in the HUMANs global cooperative network. You’ll want to be an official member in time for our Annual Membership meeting in late August (date TBA).

If you want to help but aren’t yet ready to become a member, I encourage you to simply support these long term sustainable solutions  various MANs are working towards.

Thank you for being a part of this important work during this critical time.

Sincerely,

Stephanie Rearick

Founder and President, Mutual Aid Networks

P.S. The MANs recognize the value of your time as well as your financial resources. If you would like to help grow our global efforts with your unique skills and energy, please email us at info@mutualaidnetwork.
