All,

we've got a new project starting up on Global Swadeshi - an effort to help a local school teacher find appropriate technology resources to help the Roma population, who are severely socially isolated where he lives, and much in need of basic poverty alleviation.

The project is kicking off here: http://globalswadeshi.ning.com/forum/topics/a-permayurt-village-in

I know a lot of you have practical skills and experience which might help guide Gabriel in the direction he wants to go in - simple, practical ideas that they can either learn, or find somebody to come and teach. What works, and what doesn't?

Come and take a look at the project, and post a message telling us what you can contribute.

Thank you,

Vinay
