Dear Michel,

Thanks to our amazing supporters, the Sharing Cities Network crowdfunding campaign has raised more than 60% of its goal. Momentum is building!

$0  $50,000

In the past week the Sharing Cities Network received a wave of contributions—including generous support from Seats2meet and BlaBlaCar as well as dozens of individuals—and media support from Center for A New American Dream, Freelancers Union, OuiShare, and Utne Reader. Together, we can create this game-changing network.

Please contribute now so that we can reach our goal.

We’re also pleased to announce that the SHIFT foundation has offered to lengthen the deadline for its $25,000 matching grant, so we decided to extend the crowdfunding deadline to January 31 so that we don’t lose this opportunity. Now is the time to jump in and help make the Sharing Cities Network a reality—and with this matching grant your giving will have an even greater impact.

Here’s what you can do:

• CONTRIBUTE: We’ve got some fantastic thank-you gifts in exchange for your contribution. Charles Eisenstein is offering copies of The More Beautiful World Our Hearts Know is Possible and a live online class. Lisa Gansky has a live online class called Funding Your Sharing Startup. And Beth Buczynski is giving away signed copies of Sharing is Good.

We’re so close to qualifying for the matching grant and we can’t let it slip away, so please contribute as generously as you can and share this campaign with your friends and family.

Thank you,
