Michell and all, wouldn't it be better if you created a google doc that we could all add content to? 

I could share it to the OVN group and we could all create a plan C together. 

Some solutions might contradict each other, but each person/group can write his proposals under his/its name. 

We could also comment on each other's proposals. John Restakis for example explains on some interesting challenges for the commonification of state-property. I would like to explain in more detail the OVN proposal so that some of them may be removed. The OVN model is different that the cooperative model.

Keep in mind that there was already some interest to create such a non-profit organization in Heraklion Crete but it halted because of the absence of legal advice/expertise.
