I installed to a 20gig hd with no problems. However, a lot of the apps appear only in Spanish and convert my keyboard to Spanish. Any workaround on this?

Hi! Did you booted the Live-CD in the first moment as english dma ?¿ Or you just booted it by pressing [enter]? Mmmm. I think that you have 2 ways now: (1) In the KDM screen (when the graphic environment starts), look for the "menu" button and choose English-icewm did it worked now? ----------------- (2) However, if you did the Live-CD boot in a "worng" way, you can fix it by editing (with a text editor like Kate) /boot/grub/menu.lst And then change this: (example) =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-original=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- title Musix 039 kernel 2.6.15.2 root (hd0,1) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.15.2 root=/dev/hda2 ro dma ramdisk_size=100000 init=/etc/init lang=es apm=power-off nomce quiet alsa dma vga=normal initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.15.2 savedefault boot =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ok, you must fix: "lang=es" with "lang=en" Also, you could add "english" to this line... well, It could look like this: =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=modified=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- title Musix 039 kernel 2.6.15.2 root (hd0,1) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.15.2 root=/dev/hda2 ro dma ramdisk_size=100000 init=/etc/init lang=en english apm=power-off nomce quiet alsa dma vga=normal initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.15.2 savedefault boot =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- cheers, -- Marcos Guglielmetti * Director del desarrollo de Musix GNU+Linux, 100% Software Libre * Descarga el CD de Musix: (www.musix.org.ar) (www.pc-musica.com.ar/musix) * Videos, programas y otras cosas en: ftp://musix.ourproject.org/pub/musix/
