Defect #555: Roll-down button of the chat window

After pressing the up arrow of the chat window (top right on the title bar of the window) and the window rolls-up as expected, the up arrow stays as it is. Instead, it should get replaced by a down arrow (or turn to point downwards), to properly express its new roll-down action.
