[Kune - Enhancement #194] Users to invite to a doc, should be scroll list
by Redmine Comunes 12 Jan '13

Issue #194 has been updated by Vicente J. Ruiz Jurado. Tracker changed from Defect to Enhancement ---------------------------------------- Enhancement #194: Users to invite to a doc, should be scroll list http://redmine.ourproject.org/issues/194#change-634 * Author: Anonymous * Status: New * Priority: High * Assignee: Vicente J. Ruiz Jurado * Category: User Management * Target version: * Resolution: * Tags: ---------------------------------------- If I create a doc and want to invite a friend, I click on the (+) symbol and it asks me to type username. This has several inconveniences: * I might know the name of the person (Rana García) but not know her username (renita) * As I can add any username (not just my buddies) I might miss-spell the username and add someone else. E.g. I add "rana" thinking its her username... and another person is added Solution: Implement the same scroll list that has the search bar, but just for users (filtering out the groups). Optimally, prioritizing buddies in the list, as stated in issue #189 and its comments: http://kune.ourproject.org/issues/ticket/189 -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it. Issue #187 has been updated by Vicente J. Ruiz Jurado. Tracker changed from Defect to Enhancement ---------------------------------------- Enhancement #187: "Names" should be allowed to be repeated http://redmine.ourproject.org/issues/187#change-633 * Author: Anonymous * Status: New * Priority: Normal * Assignee: Vicente J. Ruiz Jurado * Category: User Management * Target version: * Resolution: * Tags: ---------------------------------------- When registering a new user, I understand the "username" must be unique. However, it also shows an error (This name in already in use. Please try with a different name) when writing a Name already in use. I don't agree. If two users want to have the same name (Javier Garcia) but different username, it should be allowed. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
