Re: [JoPP-Public] JoPP-Public Digest, Vol 43, Issue 6
I'm afraid my Wordpress skills are very limited, but I agree that this looks like a CMS issue. There's also a 404 error for some Twitter feed that's being reported in the javascript console. I'm unsure of how these pages are constructed so the failure to load this Twitter feed could prevent other content from loading. -- *Dr Steve Collins* Senior Lecturer in Multimedia Program Director / BA-Media / Bachelor Marketing and Media Department of Media, Music, Communication & Cultural Studies Macquarie University P: (02) 9850 2165 W: http://bit.ly/122QivW L: Y3A 191D On 27 September 2015 at 20:02, <[email protected]> wrote:

Hi Sophie, all
I had a look at the site and it appears all posts (ie CFPs accessible through the "news" menu) have the same error. I tried putting tags back on these posts but could not.
Interestingly all pages (journal issues) are visible to me publicly but not in the editable version of the CMS. Did you experience any problems when uploading content for the femhack issue? Is the post error compromising your ability to complete the upload? Thanks for advising.
I don't think the P2P Foundation people will be able to help as this seems more like an internal CMS issue than a server problem so one of us will have to address this: preferably someone with a better understanding of html and WordPress than me who has access to the site - maxigas or Steve perhaps? Thanks for letting us know if you can have a look.
cheers
Mathieu

Hello all,
I have noticed that a few web pages on the JoPP website are still not functioning well. It is mostly the links under news which do not work and where we can read: "Catchable fatal error".
Examples are with: - http://peerproduction.net/peer-production-and-work/ - http://peerproduction.net/edsl2/

Hi all
The site is back up - James (P2PF) said the server memory was overloaded, so they needed to free up space for the site to function normally again.
Great, thanks!

A: Because it breaks the logical sequence of discussion. Q: Why is top-posting bad?
