@Angela: Steve joined us a year ago and has not really had a chance to contribute since. He has a research / legal background and has expressed interest in the planned issue. He is also in the same time-zone. I think he would be a good partner. What say you?

Hi Steve OK, great, let's see what Angela says. Re your questions: The issue is scheduled for release in Dec 2014 / Jan 2015.
