Re: [JoPP-Public] JoPP-Public Digest, Vol 14, Issue 5
I don't think you need to do a restore. [image: Inline image 1]The code on the site says it's looking for jquery-1.7.min.js?ver=3.5.1 which is a newer version than what you cited. You've got a few options: 1. Find the older version of jQuery and download it to your js folder. I'm not sure if jQuery archives older versions although I'd be surprised if it doesn't for legacy reasons. 2. Find the current version of jQuery which is on your server because I just looked at it and simply rename it to the one you originally cited. 3. Update each HTML page to reference the new jQuery file instead of the old one. cheers steve --* Dr Steve Collins* Senior Lecturer in Multimedia Program Director / BA-Media / Media, Culture and Communication Department of Media, Music, Communication & Cultural Studies Macquarie University P: (02) 9850 2165 W: http://www.mmccs.mq.edu.au/stevecollins L: Y3A 191D On Fri, Mar 29, 2013 at 10:01 PM, <[email protected]>wrote:

Hi all
The top of the website currently has an error message (reproduced below). We are not sure how to fix this - we were wondering if any of the technically-inclined people on this list have any idea how to address this issue?
Any help much appreciated - thanks!
cheers
Mathieu

by looking at the page code it looks like something (a plugin?) is inserting code from www.wpstats.org which isn't loading for me. view-source:http://peerproduction.net/ and this article on wpstats is worrying!! http://blog.sucuri.net/2012/05/wpstats-org-spam-and-a-fake-advanced-search-p... It's very possible that is not a WP issue since 2 websites in that server got the same error. See: http://p2p.coop and http://peerproduction.net Already tried by disabling all the plugins, but no luck. Still trying to understand where is the issue. Best, -- Franco Iacomella

Just fixed the problem. It was that same injection code in both sites in different files, but none of that plugins is activated. Estrange thing... -- Franco Iacomella
