viper: global-linum-mode doesn't work

When i activate viper directly or via vimpulse, global-linum-mode seems to lose its effect. I don't get line numbers even though linum mode appears to be enabled.

I'm unable to reproduce this with GNU Emacs 23.2. Are you using the Git version of Vimpulse (http://gitorious.org/vimpulse)? If so, what happens when you run "make emacs" from the terminal and do "M-x global-linum-mode"? -- Vegard
