WHY?In the face of multiple planetary and societal crises, we are moved to come together with like-minded people of
all ages to connect, co-create and re-imagine ways of learning and unlearning together to foster peace and wellness for ourselves, friends, families, communities and the lands we live on. We dream of creating a regional (west coast of turtle island) web of mutual support for youth-oriented, regenerative projects of all kinds, planting seeds for more harmonious, creative, vibrant and partnership-oriented communities for ourselves and generations to come.
Join a group of folks who are passionate about re-imagined learning spaces that foster self-determination, un/learning in community, multigenerational partnership, and regenerative living. This initiative grows from a rich community soil* of parents, coaches, educators, grandparents, and youth that have been working towards transformation in education for over 40 years.
*TES is a non-profit organization focused on supporting learning environments that are learner-centered, inquiry-based, collaborative, and liberating. It is based on the traditional, unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, also known as Vancouver, BC.
with love,
sierra
