Costco Wholesale Membership Update Yes, that setup should work fine for the team lunch. I checked the room layout, and there is enough space for everyone to sit together without moving the larger table. If you want, I can bring the extra plates and the small serving spoons from the cabinet near the break area. Also, the kettle is already back on the counter, so making tea will be easy. For the food, I think keeping it simple makes sense because people usually arrive at slightly different times. You asked whether the pasta dish can sit out for a while, and it should be okay if we keep a lid on it until everyone gets there. I can arrive a little earlier to help set everything up and label the dishes so nobody has to keep asking what is what. Let me know if you want napkins in two colors again, because I still have some from the last office gathering. Check Card + Membership Changes Costco Wholesale Membership Services Yes, I can handle the notes from the planning meeting. You asked if I could combine the ideas from both groups, and I think the easiest way is to sort them by topic instead of by speaker. That way, when everyone reads the summary, they can follow the discussion without jumping back and forth between unrelated points. For the seating question, I agree that putting the quieter group near the window makes more sense because that side stays calmer in the afternoon. About the snacks, I would skip anything too crumbly since the tables were just cleaned and people tend to keep papers spread out. If you want, I can also draft the short checklist for setup, cleanup, and who is bringing cups. I do not mind taking the first pass at it, and then you can adjust anything that sounds too formal. Also, if the conversation runs long, I can stay a few extra minutes to make sure the room is put back in order.
