We’ve all been exerting extra effort lately, and I think it would be a great motivation booster. Any suggestions for dates and what you’d like to include Best, Laura From: Mark Johnson Sent: October 23, 2023, 08:15 AM To: Operations Team Subject: Re: Monthly Strategy Meeting Hi Laura, I love this idea! Perhaps we could do a lunch meeting since everyone’s been so dedicated lately. We could even have some team-building activities to keep things engaging. I’m available most weekdays, so just let me know what suits everyone best. Thanks for suggesting this! I think a Friday afternoon would work best so people can wrap up their week with something enjoyable. I can help coordinate food and beverages — maybe we do a sandwich bar Also, I’d be glad to handle creating an agenda so we keep track of the topics. Looking forward to it! I can bring some fun icebreaker games. Maybe we do something like team trivia to strengthen bonds. Thanks Laura for getting the ball rolling — this will be awesome for team spirit. Let’s decide on a date soon so I can check in with management regarding the budget for food and activities. Excited to help ou t! Olivia
