I need to set the meeting for next week. I checked my work calendar this morning, and Tuesday already has two other appointments. Wednesday looks open after 12:30 PM. I would prefer Wednesday at 1:00 PM. I told Sarah about that time, and she said it works for her. I will send out the invitation today so everyone can plan around it.

I'm still not sure which day the meeting will be next week. I looked at the calendar this morning. Tuesday is full for me, and Thursday has a conflict in the afternoon. I was thinking Wednesday might work. We could use the same room as last time. I'll send a note to everyone before Friday so we can pick a time.
