We’ve all been contributing extra time lately, and I think it would be a beneficial morale booster. Any recommendations for dates and what you’d enjoy? Regards, Alex From: Jordan Smith Sent: October 8, 2025, 08:25 AM To: Logistics Team Subject: Re: Team Retreat Ideas Hi Alex, I love this suggestion! Perhaps we could organize a picnic outdoors since the climate’s been delightful lately. We could even have some board games or a quiz to retain enjoyment. I’m accessible most weekends, so just let me know what aligns best. Appreciate you suggesting this! I think a Saturday midday would work optimally so members can bring their families if desired. I can assist in coordinating sustenance and beverages — maybe we do a buffet style? Also, I’d be happy to manage sending out a response form so we know how many to anticipate. Looking forward with anticipation! I can bring my large Connect Four and dartboards. Perhaps we do a friendly contest with small gift tokens for victors. Thanks Alex for initiating this — this will be fantastic for team morale. Cheers, Logan From: Mia Lopez Sent: October 8, 2025, 11:15 AM To: Logistics Team Subject: Re: Team Retreat Ideas Hi Team, I’m all for this too. Perhaps we can secure some fun Costco giveaway products — hats, mugs, or even eco-friendly bags with our symbol. I imagine everyone would be thrilled with that! Let’s finalize a date shortly so I can confer with management about budget for refreshments and prizes. Excited for the support! Mia
