| Franklin BBQ has been lauded by many (expert and novice, alike) to be the best BBQ in the country. I would have to agree. I have made a glutton of myself from San Diego to Portland, Maine - from Seattle to Miami and every where in between and I can, without reservation, tell you that Aaron Franklin's brisket is THE VERY BEST. Brittany and I got a lbs of regular and lbs of fatty brisket. We also got a lbs each of smoked turkey and sausage. In retrospect, I would've skipped the turkey. Don't get me wrong. It was great, but the sausage and brisket were goddamn transcendent! |
