En cas de no ser així, haurà de proporcionar un substitut per al seu lloc al jurat del festival. Els membres del jurat hauran d'arribar el 25 de febrer abans de les 12:00h i quedar-se fins l '1 de maig. Els membres del jurat han d'escriure un artícle i portar un catàleg del festival per a la FCC.
