After receiving a report that a clean install of BDI-4.40 failed to boot, I had to pull the image while the problem was investigated. During the course of testing, a different and totally new bug was discovered in the partitioning stage that required extensive upgrades in the install program. I still have an issue to resolve with the text modes, but most people use the graphical installer so I'll leave it until the next release.
