Estimados/as,
La Red
Birregional Europa, América Latina y el Caribe, “Enlazando
Alternativas”, en articulación a nivel del Estado español con la “Campaña
contra la Europa del Capital, la Guerra y la Crisis. Por la solidaridad entre
los pueblos”, convocan a la “CUMBRE DE LOS PUEBLOS ENLAZANDO ALTERNATIVAS IV” y al
“TRIBUNAL PERMANENTE DE LOS PUEBLOS” que tendrán lugar en Madrid
(Estado español) del 14 al 18 de Mayo 2010, en la Facultad de
Matemáticas de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, de forma paralela a la
reunión de Jefes de Estado de la Unión Europea (UE), América Latina y
Caribe.

Actividades
Autogestionadas en la Cumbre de los Pueblos:
Se llevarán a cabo 100 actividades
autogestionadas y talleres sobre temas tales como: Libre comercio, Energía y
cambio climático, Impactos de las transnacionales, militarización y represión,
género, crisis económica, inmigración, medios de comunicación, Derechos Humanos,
Derechos de los Pueblos Indígenas, Soberanía Alimentaria, Deuda externa, Deuda
ecológica, y otros.

La sesión del TPP de
Madrid, cierra una etapa y abre otra. Será un momento para visibilizar lo
acumulado en Viena y Lima. Esta sesión del Tribunal se centrará no sólo en las
multinacionales sino también en las instituciones, políticas y actores de la UE
que son complices al incrementar el poder e impunidad de las empresas
transnacionales. Ademas, se presentarán denuncias contra la impunidad de las
ETNs europeas, y los impactos sobre los Derechos de los Pueblos.

The Birregional
Network Europe-Latin America and Caribbean “Enlazando
Alternativas”, jointly with the "Campaign

peoples", at the Spanish level, are pleased to announce the
completion of the "PEOPLE'S SUMMIT ENLAZANDO ALTERNATIVAS IV" and
"PERMANENT PEOPLE'S TRIBUNAL" which will be in Madrid (Spain) from
14th to 18th of May 2010, in Mathematics
School in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, in parallel to the
meeting of Heads of State of the European Union (EU), Latin America and the
Caribbean,

Self-managed
activities in the Peoples Summit:
One hundred
self-organized activities will be carry out and workshops about topics such as:
Free Trade, Energy and Climate Change, Impacts of Transnational, militarization
and repression, gender, economic crisis, immigration, communication medium,
Human Rights, Indigenous Peoples Rights , Food Sovereignty, External Debt,
Ecological Debt, and others.

Session of the Permanent Peoples' Tribunal "European Union and
transnational corporations in Latin America: Policies, instruments and actors
accomplice in the violations of Peoples Rights"
This session of the Tribunal will focus in the complicity of the
European Union (EU) with the abuses of transnational corporations (TNCs) in
Latin America and the Caribbean. Complaints against the impunity of European
TNCs and impacts on Peoples Rights will be show.

Session du Tribunal Permanent
des Peuples (TPP) “L’Union Européenne et les entreprises transnationales en
Amérique Latine: Politiques, instruments et acteurs complices des violations des
droits des peuples”
Cette session du Tribunal aura
pour thème central la complicité de l’Union Européenne (UE) avec les abus des
entreprises transnationales en Amérique Latine et Caraïbe. Des dénonciations
seront présentées contre l’impunité des transnationales européennes, et les
impacts sur les Droits des Peuples.
