[Bdi4emc-help] BDI-4.38 released.

Early christmas present - BDI-4.38 is up for testing at:

Noteable changes include:

* A new set kernel of kernel packages built against the up coming RTA-3.3 
release.

* The mini GUI has had a new editor module built in, along with a few bug 
fixes in the background.

* Axis, the python based GUI has been rebuilt from a recent source tarball.

* Several base packages have been updated from Debian-Security.

 
If you already have a recent BDI-4 install, all the updated packages are 
available with apt-get. There is no need to do a complete fresh install !
